Volunteers Needed For Leah Fenney

Hello ESC families! We are excited for the 2025 Leah Fenney Tournament scheduled for Sunday, October 5, 2025. I'm happy to share that ALL of our Erin teams between U7 and U10 will be participating this year! We will have many teams from area clubs participating as well. The only possible way for this tournament to be successful is for our club's families to pull together as a team and have everyone pitch in to help out. In order to coordinate our volunteers, we have prepared a volunteer sign-up form, available here:

Please access the signup sheet and volunteer for as many positions as you can. Please feel free to invite friends and family to help out as well. And those of you with children at the U12/U14 levels--please feel welcome to involve them as well! (Once the game schedule is released, I can help coordinate swapping volunteer times if scheduling conflicts arise.) There are a lot of folks who during registration selected "concessions" as your volunteer position--this is your time to shine! The tournament is currently the only time when we have our concession stand open. Also, please keep in mind that we have several parents in the club who go above and beyond throughout the year with coaching, refereeing, and officer positions.

For those of you who aren't already volunteering in these types of roles, we would really appreciate you putting in some volunteer hours during the tournament! If you absolutely do not feel up for volunteering during the tournament and do not already volunteer in any other role with the club, please consider making a tax-deductible financial donation to the club to help offset some tournament expenses. (For those parents whose kids are only involved at the U6 level, any volunteering you can do to help is appreciated, but not expected.)
